GRADIENT APPOINTS SPECIALISTS TO MEET GROWING DEMAND
Gradient has recruited two new employees to meet growing demand and sustain its growth while continuing to meet its customer’s current needs.
Nick Cousins has been appointed to the position of roofing surveyor to support the national surveying team and will assist Gradient customers on-site throughout the UK.
Timothy Brookes has joined the manufacturer’s design team as CAD technician and will work to deliver tapered and flat roof designs from Gradient’s new state-of-the-art facility, located at Burntwood Business Park in Staffordshire.

We’re delighted to welcome Tim and Nick to the team as it’s the people at Gradient who ensure the service is the best it can be. Their appointment follows a substantial growth in the business over the past few years, which drove us to relocate to new premises and invest in improving our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities. In fact, Gradient has really returned home, relocating to premises just a stone’s throw away from where it commenced trading over 30 years ago.

Gradient works directly with clients to create roofing solutions using a number of different kinds of insulation, ranging from cork, EPS, rock mineral wool or PIR.
